OLD ENGLISH VILLA CONSERVATION AND RENNOVATION
The house is an old English Villa which was in a very bad shape. The porch and the front portion of the house was tilting which had to by lifted with jacks and then the foundation had to be strengthened. The accommodation and the room sizes were also altered as per the clients requirements. All the structural systems were renovated in wood which gave us great working knowledge of construction in wood material.
The highlight of the project was a 26 feet room without any column.
