IGMC DOCTOR'S CO-OPERATIVE HOUSING SOCIETY, SHIMLA

The project is nested in about 15 bighas of land which had very good mountain views. The site for project was steep contoured which required immense amount of architectural and structural expertise. The total number of flats in this project were around 145 units which were divided into 17 blocks. The project will be the first integrated housing project in shimla with lifts in each block and commercial block to cater to social needs of the people. The project is in the last phase of its construction and is due to completion this year
